Cancellation and Refund Policy of All Maharashtra Level Test (AMLT)
Users of this website, which is operated by AMLT Authorities, By using this website you will be deemed to have accepted these cancellation and refund policy. AMLT conducts practice examination for MPSC and State level aspirants. We collect Nominal fees for examination from Candidates.
There is no option for a candidate to cancel the admission for examination once the payment is made. If the Fees are paid by Mistake, Please contact us within 2 hours (working hours only). We will verify the details of the candidate and Fees (payment) will be refunded within 5-6 working days. (We may require bank statement or transition ID in such cases)
Any person or candidate taking disadvantage of refund policy will permanently ban by Authorities.
In case of Ban or restriction of a candidate by AMLT, Candidate is not eligible for the refund under any condition. One must raise a complaint within the give time or he/she will not be eligible for the refund and cancellation policy made by AMLT.
Fees once paid will not be refunded and transferred to behalf other candidate under any circumstances.
Once the payment is refunded, the candidate must not use any documents (i.e. Hall tickets, Question papers, Result sheets, Answers keys) relates to AMLT.
The last conclusion and consideration by the Authority of AMLT will considered as Final Decision.
The AMLT may change, add, suspend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify the services offered on this website at any time without prior notice.
Any Disputes between a user and the AMLT over the use of this website shall be exclusively heard first in the Pune District Court.
